This rustic fresh sausage is made from our beef. It has its distinctive character of mild flavors of fresh garlic, paprika and wine used to infuse the flavors and brand them juicy! Grill over wood charcoal to get a decent amount of smoke, or if stuck with a gas grill, you can “rogue” by using some smoked paprika and smoked salt along with the bacon. They work as a charm as a main appetizer for your BBQ. Alternatively do enjoyed with bread, salad and potatoes.
