Tyrolean Speck is a distinctively juniper-flavored ham originally from Tyrol. Ours is 4 weeks roped and smoked on order. It is excellent served on its own as a savory snack. You could also create a meat and cheese board coupling slices of speck with cheese, which has light flavors that contrast perfectly to the smokiness of the speck. In the kitchen, speck can be used in a variety of dishes such as dumplings and Mediterranean pasta dishes .
