Our coffee is hand picked from the Central Highlands at the foothill of Mt. Kenya. We take it through rigorous density and washing tunnel grading processes to ensure we serve you the weighty cherries. We do a closing grading where we filter out premium grades AA, AB and PB for our premium blend. We offer the medium roast for that sweet,acidic, winey taste and the dark roast for that heavy body that couples well with your creamers.
